Brian FroudVenture into the olde world atmosphere of this lovely spot, where faerie's and goblins live and play. The Goblin's Cove is so much more than a restaurant! We offer a complete break, in a beautiful place where your fantasies become a reality. Goblins was created and is maintained by the Gotthard and Grove family.

The restaurant is quite unique, with its cove shaped architecture, set as it is in a natural forest, on the banks of small lake on the Magaliesburg river. Each of the rooms has its own magical quality and atmosphere. Parties from 2 to 12 can be seated in privacy in their own private dining room. The “Golden Pixie” and the “Blue Bell” are our famous 2 seater rooms, for those romantic occasions and should be booked weeks in advance. “Merlin’s Loft” is our biggest dining room where we can accommodate groups of up to 40 people.

Murals, sculptures, candles, and a host of nooks and crannies make the GOBLIN'S COVE a delightful place to explore, for adults and children alike. We have a lovely aviary where we boast a beautiful array of pheasants and ducks. Our “Fairywinkle” Shop has a selection of beautiful gifts and is every little girl’s dream. There is a large Jungle Gym playground for the kids to entertain themselves while the adults treat themselves to Fabulous Cocktails and Delicious Food. Our private balconies are super for a private occasion, seating up to 20 people.Brian Froud Faerie

On Sundays and public holidays we do a set menu. The set menu can also be arranged for group bookings. (We do have a kiddies menu ranging from R35.00-R49.00) Head Goblin Chef, Thomas Grove and his staff will have your taste buds begging for more.
